As part of efforts to ensure that the housing deficit being experienced in the country is reduced to the barest minimum, the UACN Property Development Company (UPDC) has completed 44 housing units in Abuja.
Speaking during the inspection tour of the estate, Emerald Court, and Metro City in Abuja, during the weekend, the marketing manager of UPDC, Titi Ajayi, said the company was determined to complete the project in time and in good quality.
She stated that being the third residential estate that has been built by UPDC in the Federal Capital Territory, the company was determined to contribute its quota in enhancing the lives of Nigerians.
“When UACN Property Development Company Plc moved to site at Emerald Court, Gudu, Abuja, on December 17, 2010, it was with great determination to complete the project on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards. We are glad today to announce that we have met all these objectives set at inception and the project is ready for handover to the subscribers. As a result of this project, many more people will have access to good homes in the country,” she said.
