The National Orientation Agency (NOA) is set to partner universities in an attempt to instill discipline in Nigeria youths to achieve a better for the nation.
NOA D-G, Mr. Mike Omeri, stated this during the week when he paid a courtesy call on the Vice Chancellor of the Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Prof. Shamsudeen Amale in Keffi, the Nasarawa State capital.
He noted that value orientation is ‘slightly deficient’ in the daily lives of Nigerians, and that NOA was repositioning to address the issue.
He implored the university management to spread the agency’s slogan of ‘do the right thing; transform Nigeria’ in all the institution’s activities so as to involve the university community in the drive for the transformation of Nigeria.
The D-G commended the vice chancellor for the giant strides going on in the university, saying that NSUK was attracting great minds, scholars and erudite professors who are impacting positively on their students.
