As the federal government revs up efforts to improve the life of its citizens, road construction work going on at the City Gate, along Lugbe-Airport road has continued to cause traffic jam, as vehicles coming into the city from Gwagwalada and environs do not find it easy from Kuchin– Gworo.
LEADERSHIP SUNDAY gathered as at press time, that most vehicles coming into town have to wait for some minutes because of the traffic even though some drivers meandered through the wrong lane all in the name of getting to their destinations on time.
According to one of the road construction workers who spoke on condition of anonimity; "The road construction going on now is for our own good. We know that people have been complaining that government is not doing anything for its citizens, but with the roads now dualised, we believe there are better things ahead".
