Ugwoke , who was accompanied  by his Ministry of Works counterpart, Mr. Godwin Madueke and the special adviser to the governor on Agriculture, Mr. Victor Agbo, added that the council gave approval for the construction of  Eziabalu–Okinino–Agbudu–Afia Mmanya road to Greyline International Limited at the sum of over N661 million.

He stated that  N39,741,350 had been approved by the council as an extra cost for the completion of 12 blocks of 10 units of 4-bedroom duplexes and 1 block of 10 units of one-bedroom boys’ quarters at the 82 Division, Nigeria Army, Enugu.

The extra cost, he said, arose from the modification of the units, as initially, it was 1 block of 20 units of 2-bedroom flats, but now is 1 block of 10 units of 4 bedrooms.
