The previous clashes in the Nigeria Premier League between Heartland FC of Owerri and Warri Wolves FC have always ended in stalemate. Consequently, Heartland have vowed that this weekend’s encounter will be different as they are poised to breaking the deadlock.
The Naze Millionaires said that they are fully prepared to dismantle Warri Wolves who will be visiting tomorrow.
According to Heartland, they have worked to ensure that the match ends up in their favour. The team said this time, the result against Wolves will not be shrouded in a stalemate but a winner will emerge.
They believe that the odds favour them. The club said they have gathered enough momentum that can carry them through subsequent NPL matches.
Speaking to LEADERSHIP SPORTS, Heartland Media Officer, Cajetan Nkwopara, boasted that his team have been prepared for the demolition of Wolves and is not disposed to sparing any of their opponents.
Nkwopara said that the clash against the visitors will demonstrate their new form. Heartland will welcome Wolves at the Dan Ayiam Stadium, Owerri this Sunday for their outstanding match of the Nigeria Premier League.
