Enterprise Bank Limited (EBL) has made it easy for their teeming customers as well as prospective ones who do not have existing account with the bank to also enjoy MoneyGram and Western Union money transfer services.

With this latest process, which has been tagged Third Party Referral (TPR) allows a current account holder of another bank to reference a money transfer recipient who does not have account with Enterprise Bank. The TPR system enables the bank to establish the authenticity of the recipient and effect payment without further delay.

The implementation of the TPR system again gives the bank additional competitive advantage as the bank continues to explore the frontiers of tested customer service delivery options that will consistently delight its stakeholders and stand the bank out among other financial institutions as far as money transfer service processing is concerned.

A statement from the Corporate Communications department of the bank added that the development is part of Enterprise Bank’s continual quest for improved customer satisfaction, which remains the core of the bank’s vision statement that says: “to be the preferred bank for value creation.”

Among other positive developments that are driven by the bank, which is led by Ahmed Kuru, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, the financial institution only recently unveiled a new model branch design that provides for an e-banking gallery with Automated Teller Machine (ATM),

Internet banking facilities, among other possibilities, as a distinct area separate from the cash area.
