An explosion yesterday occurred at Gombe State University in Gombe at about 9:30pm.
Though, the details of the explosion and casualties were sketchy as at press time, the development was said to have led to panic as people had to scamper for safety.
When contacted, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP Ahmed Muhammed, told our correspondent that it was too early to confirm any casualty , saying that investigation was ongonig.
