Fifteen persons have been certified dead from Sunday's attack at the Bayero University, Kano, according to the spokesperson for Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital.
Hajiya Hauwa Muhammad told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kano on Monday that 15 corpses, victims of the attack, were lying at the mortuary of the hospital.
She said the bodies were brought to the mortuary immediately after the attack by yet-to-be identified gunmen on worshippers on Sunday morning at the old campus of Bayero University, Kano.
Muhammad also said that 25 others -- 14 women and 11 men -- were receiving free treatment at the hospital as directed by the Kano State Government.
