Meanwhile, the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, Ipokia Local Government has accused the party chieftains in the state of insensitivity to the welfare of their executives in the local government.

The publicity secretary of the party in Ipokia Local Government, Mr. Hunkunchi Edward said this while reacting to the recent visit of governor Amosun to the local government.

He accused the state executive of not identifying with the local government chairman, Mr. Adelakun who lost his wife and a child, a day before the visit.

According to Edward, it is disheartening that in spite of the contributions of the chairman of the party, to the development of the party in the local government, none of the state executives in the local government to receive the governor thought of commiserating with the chairman who lost his wife and child, saying “They did not even bother to pay him a condolence visit”.
