Kaduna State Government has revealed plans to spend over N14 million on the training of civil servants in the state.
State Governor Patrick Yakowa disclosed this in Barnawa at the opening ceremony of a workshop on capacity building for administrative and other executive cadre officers.

He said the training was meant to equip them in order to improve the work force of the state following the present realities of information technology.

Represented by Head of Service, Mrs. Hannatu Ugah, Yakowa remarked that “training and retraining of personnel in their various fields of endeavour is good as it helps not only refresh, but also to update  their knowledge to meet with current realities.”

He said that his government was collaborating with development partners such as the World Bank, to build the capacity of the civil servants.
