The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has appointed Mrs Adeola Eboagwu as its Osun Coordinator for the scheme, replacing Mr Etim Enyenih.
This was contained in a press release signed by Mrs Funmilayo Okundaye, Osun Chief Public Relations Officer of the NYSC.
The release, which was made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Osogbo on Thursday, said Eboagwu joined the organisation as an Inspector in 1983.
According to the release, the new coordinator holds a degree in Language Arts and Adult Education from the University of Ibadan in 1982.
Until her new appointment, Eboagwu, who hails from Odogbolu in Ogun, was the Head of Operations, NYSC South West Area Office in Akure.
In a similar development, Prof. Rasaq Abubakre has been appointed a Commissioner in the Public Complaints Commission(PCC), a release said on Thursday.
The release, which was signed by the commission’s spokesman, Mr Tunji Olaoye, stated that Abubakre got his PhD in 1978 from the University of London.
