Joey Plus is a producer, singer and voice coach.
He produced the winning track for the B.E.A.T band in the 2011 Star Quest TV talent hunt beating bands, mentored by colleagues - Samklef, Phat E, Solja boy, Danny Young, Bjay and others.
Before Star Quest, Joey Plus – who mentored under Willie Oputa engineered tracks for the likes of Jerrilyn Mulbah ( West African Idols), Ice Prince, Spy da man, Blackfaze [Plantashun Boiz], Krazy Kulture and released a viral track titled No time.
The Producer cum-singer took his recording career to the next level with the launch of Joeytunesday’s new music giveaway every Tuesday via his Twitter account: @JoeyPlus. Internet videos followed on Thursday after Tuesday’s release.
The first track of JoeyTunesDay was performed over the Pittsburgh mixtape wunderkind, Wiz Khalifa’s smash hit Black and Yellow – a favourite track of the producer and singer.
