The Minister of Sports and Chairman, National Sports Commission (NSC), Malam Bolaji Abdullahi will on Tuesday, in Abuja, declare open a six-day course organised by the Nigeria Football Association (NFA).

A statement by the NFA’s spokesman Ademola Olajire on Monday, in Lagos, said the course, tagged “Win-In-Africa-With-Africa Administration and Management Course”, was being financed by world football-governing body, FIFA.

According to the statement, about 30 persons, composed of administrators from the 20 Nigeria Premier League clubs and top management of the NFA, will attend the course.

It added that the Director-General of the NSC Dr Patrick Ekeji, President of the NFA, Alhaji Aminu Maigari, the Chairman of NFA’s Technical Sub-Committee, Chris Green, and others  were expected at the opening.

The statement said the practical sessions would hold at the FIFA Technical Centre, National Stadium, Abuja.

It said that FIFA had sent two of its best instructors in administration and management, Irishman Brendon Menton and Mauritian Jacques Malie, to handle the course.

The statement said the course would be coordinated by the NFA’s Head of International Competitions and Education Officer, Mr Bola Oyeyode.
