About 2,000 employees of the suspended Air Nigeria yesterday, staged a peaceful protest at the Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA),Lagos, urging the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to intervene in what they said was their illegal sack, none remittance of their cooperative contributions, pension and none payment of backlog of salaries by the management of the airline.
The workers under the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE), has given the management of Air Nigeria seven days ultimatum within which to address the issues they raised.
