The Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Katsina will tomorrow deliver its judgment in a the petition filed by the governorship candidate of Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), Aminu Bello Masari, against the election of Governor Ibrahim Shema of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Masari had approached the tribunal to challenge the declaration of Governor Shema as the winner of April gubernatorial election in the state by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
