The Aduojo Campaign Organisation (ACO) comprising of over 10 NGO’s and interest groups in Kogi State, said it will join force with the Voter To Voter Campaign Organisation (V2V) to mobilise electorates to vote for the PDP governorship candidate, Capt. Idris Wada, ahead of the December 3 election in the state.

Founder, ACO, Hon Agi Jerome Aduojo, who made the disclosure to LEADERSHIP WEEKEND, said the campaign group was fused into the V2V campaign organisation to ensure the success and emergence of Capt. Wada and Awoniyi in the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

Hon Jerome further stated that the decision to work together through the coalition became necessary because of the integrity and personality of Capt. Wada and what the people stand to gain from his emergence as governor of the state. He called on the people to come out en mass and vote for the PDP in the forthcoming election.

He said since that the court has declared who the right candidate for the PDP was; the people have no choice than to queue behind Capt. Wada as the only credible option to take the state to the next level.

Some of the groups under the Aduojo Campaign Organisation are; Ojone Foundation, Omala Youth Voice, Omala Women for Positive Change, Agojeju-Odo Development Association among others.

The V2V Campaign Organisation is a coalition of over 50 NGO’s and other interest groups working for the actualisation of Capt. Wada/Awoniyi 2011 and the PDP mandate.
