Wife of the Vice President, Dolapo Osinbajo has urged Corps Members to be good Ambassadors of Nigeria.
Mrs Osinbajo gave the advice while addressing the 2017 batch B stream 1 Corp Members yesterday in Abuja. She admonished the Corp members to always stand for their rights and speak up against evil. She added that they will become employers of labour and all their dreams will come to pass as soon as they are done serving their fatherland.
She added, “Nigeria belongs to you all. Speak up when anyone in the professional field goes the wrong way because the bad may eventually get to you or your family members. You are lucky because some of your mates are out there on drugs and wasting away but I am exited you are here today, a proof that the future is bright for the Nigerian youth”.
“You are princes and princesses, your parents made great sacrifices to send you to school, make them proud of you by being good Ambassadors,” she said.
The NYSC FCT Coordinator, Ballama Birmiwa who welcomed the Vice President’s wife, stated that the Abuja 2017 Batch B has a total of 2862 Corp members and lauded the members for their good conduct so far.
He added that the inadequacies in the orientation camp are not deliberate but to prepare for a better tomorrow.
