Wuse Market Traders Urge Nigerians To Be United



Chairman, Wuse Market Traders Association, Okorie Ikechukwu Raphael,has called on Nigerians, irrespective of religion, tribes and other affiliations, to come together to project the good interest of the country.

Raphael stated this at the weekend, during a 40-day Fidau prayer for the former head of operations, Abuja Market Management Limited (AMML),
Ibraheem Suleiman and another trader in Wuse Market, Abdullahi Shinkafa, both of them died in the first week of January, 2018.

He explained that the occasion was very important to the association,because this is the first time members lost somebody in the capacity
of former manger of Wuse Market for about five years, who, according to him, is very important to the association.The chairman maintained that the association felt it important to set a precedence for the late Abdullahi Shinkafa and Ibraheem Suleiman,with such a capacity, and to show that they are part of the association before their demise.

Also speaking, the head, corporate affairs (AMML), Innocent Amaechina, noted that the functionalities, as well as the sanity in Wuse Market
today are all the handiwork of late Ibraheem Suleiman.

Amaechina pointed out the 40-day prayer for the repose their souls,had attracted traders in the market, regardless of their religion and
tribes, who came to pay their final respects, because of their outstanding qualities.
