Dr Ortom who was represented by the Board member of the foundation Salamatu Orga, averred that the aim behind the program was to avail people in the rural areas access to free healthcare services which before now many people were being deprived of, following the recent economic hardship and the incessant attacks on the rural communities where most of the health centers are affected.
