Chinese President Xi Jinping welcomed judicial cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries in a congratulatory letter on Monday.
The letter was sent to a meeting of presidents of supreme courts from China and Portuguese-speaking countries that opened in southern Chinese city of Guangzhou.
The meeting is of great importance to promoting judicial exchange and cooperation between China and other nations, Xi wrote.
The meeting would help in development of a favourable legal environment and building a community of shared future for humanity, Xi said in the letter, praising the meeting’s theme of cyberspace governance. (Xinhua/NAN)
