Tornadoes Coach Abara Seeks Extension To Unbeaten Run Vs MFM

Niger Tornadoes head coach, Hamza Abara, is keen to see his side maintain their unbeaten streak in the Nigeria Professional Football League when they take on MFM FC in a match day 20 encounter on Sunday,.
The Ikon-Allah Boys are without defeat in their last nine league games going into the fixture at the Agege Stadium.
Abara was put in charge of the team on a temporary basis after Erasmus Onu was sacked due to poor results in February.

Under him, the Minna club have moved from bottom half to third position in the table, four points adrift of leaders Lobi Stars.
“I’m glad with the performance of the team so far, but we’re just starting and it’s better to remain focused,” Abara, who once handled Nigeria National League outfit, Sokoto United, told the Npfl.ng.
“I’m expecting a lot more from my players against MFM and we’ll have to stay disciplined and convert our chances to keep our unbeaten run intact.”
Tornadoes defeated the Olukoya Boys 1-0 last Sunday with Abubakar Ndayebo scoring the winner from the spot.
