LEADERSHIP Director Bags 2 Awards In One Week

The euphoria of the first award bagged has not eclipsed, LEADERSHIP Director, Solomon Nda-Isaiah has added another feather to his wings by the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (ICAD), a human capital development organisation dedicated to providing practical solutions to complex business needs by involving high caliber professionals from all sectors who are continually committed to the search for improvement strategies and implementation of global best practices.

At its Administrative Professionals’ Day held in Abuja with twenty four administrators emerging Fellows at the day’s event is one of the directors, LEADERSHIP Group Limited, Solomon Nda-Isaiah. Others are manager, news and current affairs, Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) headquarters, Abuja Lydia Odije Ochi, marketing officer, NTA headquarters Abuja, Rachael Ayeni and others were all honoured.

In an interview with Solomon Nda-Isaiah, he said this is the second award he has received in less than a week adding that “the reward for hard work is more work. I appreciate the organisers of the event and everyone present here,” he appreciates.

Speaking to journalists, the director, chief learning officer, ICAD, Dr Godswill C. Onyekwere, who stated that the Institute which also awarded four Icons and inducted six members, has expanded professional intelligence and built up a solid data base.

He added the alliances and affiliation is aimed at achieving top ranking as provider of affordable executive training adapted to specific needs as a developing nation operating in a global economy.

Onyekwere noted that the organisation which is propelled by administrative professionals on day to day basis make sure offices are efficient.

According to him, “the aim of the administrative professionals’ day is for administrators to sit and rub minds, find out the challenges they face and proffer solutions to it.”

An awardee, Lydia Odije Ochi in her remarks expressed gratitude to ICAD for finding her worthy for the recognition and award.

“I wasn’t expecting it, but I see it as a call to do better and a recognition for hard work,” she said.
