I was scrolling through an instagram influencer’s page when I saw this DIY face mask. I haven’t had the chance to try it but I asked questions on it and apparently it is something that works.

1 tablespoon of Natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of flour
Add more flour so that the consistency isn’t too runny because it needs to stick to the face and not drip off.
Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
NOTE: The mask works for both oily and dry skin.
Benefits of yoghurt
-Yogurt is a great skin exfoliant
– Destroys the bacteria that cause acne and pimples. Zinc in yogurt reduces skin inflammation and reduces the amount of oil produced by the sebaceous glands. (Sebum)
Benefits of honey: – Acne: Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it’s great for acne treatment and prevention.
– Complexion boost: It is extremely moisturizing and soothing, so it helps create a glow.
– Pores: Honey is clarifying because it opens up pores making them easy to unclog.
