A political movement, the Atiku Mobilization Front, (AMF), has called on Nigerians, especially the youths and women to rise and support former Vice President Atiku Abubakar in the forthcoming coming 2019 general election.
Briefing newsmen yesterday in Lagos, AMF National Coordinator, Hon. Shine Sylvia Eni, said, “it’s our sacred duty to save Nigeria from total collapse.”
She added that Nigerians must intensify “our mobilization effort to assure the emergence of Atiku as the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, flag bearer and president come 2019.
Eni said, “Atiku is a great leader with a clear plan for Nigeria, he is the most qualified to deliver Nigerians from the maladministration of the All Progressives Congress, APC’s maladministration and lead the people to the promise land.”
AMF National Coordinator said, “We have thus been consistent in our message that Nigerians should shake off the lethargy of the past and register to vote in the coming elections if we must change the current toxic change.
“Through our vigorous campaign, we have successfully mobilized many people to collect their Permanent Voters Cards, PVCs, because we cannot afford to leave the election of our leaders to chance or to those who do not mean well for our country.”
Also speaking, the Deputy National Coordinator, AMF, Sheikh Rufai Al-Siddiq, said the group was optimistic that Atiku’s presidency would address the issues of nepotism, insecurity, neglect of duty, lack of progress and worse inequality manifesting in the life of the current administration,.

Siddiq assured that no youth will be used and dumped, saying the youth will be given room in his cabinet to participate in the administration.
