The leadership of the splinter group in the Reformed All Progressives Congress (rAPC), Buba Galadima, has lauded Nigeria Judiciary system, expressing optimism that it would help resolve issues involving its grievances in Court.

Speaking during a meeting of APC women groups in Abuja during the weekend, Galadima explained that part of the group’s grievances was the exclusion of certain segment of the APC during the last nationwide congresses and national convention of the party.

Urging President Muhammadu Buhari to make good his campaign policies, Galadima said that the splinter group was also not comfortable with the manner in which the current administration had been handling the affairs of the country.

The rAPC chairman said that the reason some of them who are key members of the ruling party are insisting that the thing be done in a right manner in the party.

“As founding members, we felt that we can’t sit idly and allow things to go wrong.

“All we are seeking for is fair play, transparency, justice, level playground and that everything that was done to bring the National Working Committee to office is being challenged in the court and God willing, we will get justice in court,” he said.

He added, “We were voted into office because we promised that we will do better than our predecessors, we should not perform below that.

“We did not bargain that all criminal elements and people of questionable character will be migrating into our party to the extent that APC has now turned itself into a safe heaven for those facing corruption charges.”
