As one of the most anticipated movies in 2018 is gearing up to hit cinemas nationwide, we cannot help but check out and applaud the lineup of beautiful and amazingly talented ladies in ‘Seven and a Half Dates.’
‘Seven and a half dates’ profiles many brilliantly talented and needless to say, hilarious ladies who are about to grace your screens come August 3, 2018 with their stellar performances and aura.
Produced by Toyin Abraham, directed by Biodun Stephen and written by Joy Isi Bewaji, and executively produced by celebrated media entrepreneur, Samuel Olatunji through his Broadway TV Production.
Following the story of a young lady who was set up on several blind dates by her father in a bid to find true love, meet the women of Seven and a Half Dates;

Toyin Abraham
Beautiful, multitalented, funny and brilliant actress, Toyin Abraham is set to break box office for the second time this year with ‘Seven and a half dates.’ The actress has proven many times that she’s definitely a force to be reckoned with in the movie industry, dishing out brilliant performances in movies she’s has starred in and this time, she would be bringing her skills and talent into movie.
Toyin Abraham, who is tremendously funny, will showcase her spontaneity and consistency, which has earned her a spot as one of Nollywood’s most sought after actresses in this movie. Toyin Abraham’s many talents is evident in blockbuster movies such as Alakada Reloaded, The Ghost and The Tout, Okafor’s Law, Celebrity Marriage to name a few.
She features as an actress as well as a producer of this romantic comedy and as you all know, she is as hilarious as ever. She plays the role of Biodun.

Mercy Johnson
Mercy Johnson is one of the most skilled, talented and professional actresses Nollywood has ever encountered. Mercy’s spontaneity and interpretation of roles gives her edge ahead of some of her colleagues. Having been acting all her life, Sola Sobowale brought her A-Game as always in Seven and a Half Dates. Sola Sobowale is set to light up the cinemas once again come August 3rd. Sola Sobowale has also featured in hit movies such as Dangerous Twins, Family on Fire and more.
She plays the role of Mrs Gomez.

Faithia Williams
Actress, Faithia Williams is not a stranger to the Nigerian television screen. Outstandingly talented, Faithia Williams brings the action to this movie. Her exceptional performance set the pace for the dramatic moment in this movie.
The actress has starred, produced and directed several Nigerian films over the years. In 2008, she won the Africa Movie Academy Award for the Most Outstanding Indigenous Actress and her movie, Iranse Aje, won the best indigenous film of the year.
In April 2014, she won the Africa Movie Academy Award, having emerged as best actress of the year.
Faithia Williams also won the Best Indigenous Language: Yoruba award for the work done in the film, Iya Alalake, at the 2015 Africa-Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).
Faithia Williams will be taking us on a journey of skill and expertise in Seven and a Half Dates. She plays the role of Mrs Cole.

Bayray McNwinzu
Beautiful actress, Bayray McNwinzu, came into limelight after winning the third Amstel Malta Box office (AMBO) reality show and since then, the actress has not relented in proving that she’s not just a beautiful face, but also a multitalented actress.
The actress has starred in movies such as Box Office hit, The Visit, Tiwa’s Baggage, Tales of Eve, Lies Men Tell and more. Bayray brings her A-Game in Seven and a Half Dates as she tells Mabel’s story to a very convincing level.

Biodun Stephen
Biodun Stephen is an actress, producer, writer and director. The multi-talented filmmaker brought her magical touch on Seven and a Half Dates as she sits behind the scene to make this movie a success.
Biodun Stephen is the brain behind popular movies such as Ovi’s Voice, Tiwa’s Baggage, Glimpse, box office hit ‘Picture Perfect’ and more. Her vision and professional touch can be seen all over this movie as the director.

Joy Isi Bewaji
Joy Isi Bewaji might be known for her Facebook Rant but something else the world needs to put a stamp on is the fact that she is a fantastic writer. Her writing expertise birthed the movie ‘Seven and a Half Dates’. Words no doubt come naturally to Joy Isi Bewaji and she is not afraid to tell a story with it.
