How To Apply Black Smokey Eye Makeup
Step 1: Apply your primer: Primer allows eye make-up to stay longer and easier to blend the eye shadows. To conceal eye bags or uneven tones, apply concealer under the eyes and on the eyelids.
Step 2: Apply black eyeshadow to the outer corner and into the crease then blend till all the edges are soft. For more intensity or contrast you can add on more shadows in monochrome color.
Step 3: Apply a gel or pencil eye liner as close as you possibly can to the lash -line, then smudge it out and blend it with the existing black eye shadow.
