The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in Taraba State, Aliyu Omar, has called on the national chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Adams Oshomole, to use his wealth of experience to resolve all lingering crisis rocking the party in Taraba State.
Umar, who made the call yesterday in Jalingo while answering questions from journalists, lauded President Muhammad Buhari over the choice of Adams Oshiomhole to pilot the affairs of the party.
He explained that Oshomole is an experienced politician who will work hard to mend the cracks in the party with a view of uniting all aggrieved members.
“I think the greatest thing that has ever happened to APC is the choice of Oshiomhole as the party’s national chairman. You know, this man has been very good and what we expect from him is to unite all the aggrieved members in the party,” he said.
He added that, if given the opportunity to govern Taraba come 2019, his first priority will be to unite the people.
“Another aspect of my administration will centre on developing the natural resources that we have abundantly,” he stressed.
