The Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide has concluded plans to hold a four-day training conference for ministers of various denominations.
International director of the movement, Pastor Paul Rika, while briefing newsmen in Abuja, explained that the conference with the theme “Ministerial Training for end Time Preachers” would take from 28 to 31 August, 2018.
Paul added that the conference aims to impact participants with great spiritual blessings as it would sharpen their understanding of biblical truths and interpretation, noting that the conference was borne out of the desire to address the ignorance, decay and corruption that has bedeviled the church.
He stated that the conference is a platform for preachers to brainstorm, reason together and better understand the scripture and believe the same thing, just as he charged preachers to repent and give the citizens a proper direction in order to receive God’s blessings.
“This conference which holds annually opens the eyes of participants to know the truth of scriptures. It sharpens the understanding of participants to biblical truths and interpretation making them better preachers than they have been, more effective and result oriented in their ministries.
“I’m personally burdened by the much ignorance, decay and corruption that is going on in the churches of Christ worldwide and these can be addressed by bringing people of various denominations to central believe of what the scripture says.”
