Preparations for this year’s edition of Kaduna State Festival of Arts and Culture (KADFEST) scheduled to commence from the 4th-8th September, 2018 has been concluded, the Honourable Commissioner of Youths, Sports and Culture, Kaduna State, Daniel Danauta has disclosed.
According to the Commissioner while addressing a press conference preparatory to the event, the KADFEST will be yet another opportunity for display of cultural heritage that would interest potential investors Intl the state.
He explained that Governor Nasir el-Rufai is expected to declare the festival open, while personalities from within and outside the state are expected to grace the event.
