Deputy Senate Leader Baala Na’Allah has declared his intention to represent his constituency for the second term in the Senate. Na’Allah, who currently represents Kebbi South at the Senate, submitted his declaration of interest and nomination forms at the state APC Secretariat in Birnin Kebbi in company of hundreds of his supporters.
He said his decision to seek for reelection was taken following several agitations and pressure by people of his constituency to re-contest under the platform of APC.
The deputy senate leader commended his people for trusting him for the second time to represent them.
“I had initially made up my mind not to seek re-election, but my people, especially Yauri people approached me with an appeal to re-contest.
“When I declined they wanted to resort to protest, hence I considered and accepted the requests to do so,” he said.
He assured them that he would not fail them, adding that ,”I will do more than what I have done “.
Na’Allah urged the people to vote for APC in order to complete the progressive development it had started for their betterment and the country.
