Minister of Transportation, Mr Rotimi Chibuike Ameachi will tomorrow, deliver the keynote address at the 2nd annual seminar of the Abuja Transport and Aviation Correspondents Association (ATACA), organised in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Transportation.

Part of the statement from the association reads in part, “The seminar is part of the efforts of Transport and Aviation reporters in Abuja to create avenue for stakeholders to discuss strategies towards repositioning the country’s transportation industry as a catalyst for sustainable economic development.
“Infrastructure challenge has been a major setback in the quest to develop an enduring transport industry in Nigeria especially land and air transport sectors as being canvassed by stakeholders at different fora.

The statement further noted that the Minister of Transportation will deliver a keynote address on the development in the maritime and land transport sectors at the event, while Sirika will speak on the state of Aviation infrastructure in Nigeria.
