A youth mobiliser and ardent grassroots politician, Comrade Austin Agada, has emerged as the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Benue State House of Assembly primary for Ogbadibo state constituency.
He would be expected to slug it out with other contestants from different political platforms for the race of Benue House of Assembly come 2019 general elections.
The election which was keenly contested between Comrade Agada and fellow contestants in APC has John Ali, Enayi Onaji, Onoja Jonhson, Hon. Matthew Ochigbo, Julie Ekere, Julius Ali, Daniel Ben, and Simon J.Akola on the same platform for the race.
However, having polled the highest number of votes cast in the primary, Comrade Austin Agada has been declared winner as the flag bearer of APC for Benue State House of Assembly (BSHOA) in the forthcoming election.
In his acceptance speech, Comrade Agada says that, “the victory is for everybody, the victory is for all of us”.
“To me, the victory is not a lonely victory or solely my own making, but a product of collective struggle.”
Saying he will not betray the confidence bestowed on him by his people.
He appreciated his fellow contestants and supporters ,enjoins them to work for the victory of the party in the general election.
