Nigeria’s most appreciated, well received and refined model and beauty contest, Most Beautiful Model In Nigeria (MBMN) will hold its 2018 TV screening at Grand Cubana Hotel, Jabi, Abuja, today, October 27, 2018, to screen contestants ahead of the camping.
The 2018 contest, according to organisers, will include an arts exhibition to promote the empowerment of those who are physically challenged. In this vein, the theme for this year’s edition of the pageant is ‘The Clash of Beauty and Art.’
The pageant has held several contests overtime and has seen the emergence of outstanding models as winners.
The popular Queen Yvette Meurer, slays as the reigning Queen of MBMN. She is however set to hand over the crown of her office to a new winner who will emerge in the forthcoming contest scheduled to hold in early December.
As the reigning queen, Meurer has received several endorsement deals from prominent multinational companies across Nigeria including an ambassadorial deal for MTN, Diamond bank and the popular Ebony hair products. She has also received several national and international recognitions for her impact and engagement in modelling.
Meurer has appeared and graced several magazine front pages too. With her magnificent display of vibrant intellect, she is perceived as one of the most outstanding Queens the country has ever had.
However, as the 2018 edition of pageant draws close, the organisers, led by Alex Nwankwo, will be looking out for models who are intelligent, creative, beautiful and capable of representing the value of mentorship.
