Nigeria Deserves Transformational Entrepreneur – CBDSL

A creativity support centre, the Corpus Business Development Service Limited (CBDSL) has urged prospective entrepreneur in the country to be a transformational rather than transactional entrepreneur.

In her address during the 2018 global entrepreneurship week, with the theme: “MSME Collaboration for Growth” organised by Corpus Business Development Service Limited (CBDSL) in collaboration with the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) in Abuja yesterday, the chief executive officer, Style Studio, Mrs Victoria Ekpo said an entrepreneur must undertakes innovations, finance and business acumen in an effort to transform innovations into economic goods.

She, however, urged new entrepreneurs to create new idea into business development that will help them to discover more achievement.

Ekpo urged entrepreneur to establish effective plans that will enable them convince customers positively and improve their ideas and scope to make more achievement.

The CEO noted that the Global Entrepreneurship Week, is an ecosystem that will create more job, educate individual, accelerate innovation and strengthen economic growth.

She said, “If you are a startup entrepreneur, you need to seeks funds from people around you, share your idea with people that understand business and when they understand your business, that will give you the opportunity to meet people who will be happy to support your business idea.

“You first step toward any business create a new idea into the business development that will help you to discovers more achievement.”

She added that a reasonable entrepreneur must set a goal for himself or herself including: ‘’working toward slow and steady increases in sales that allow entrepreneurs to grow along with your business, setting a time frame to get a website and take time with this process of hiring employee by considering how the new employee will enhance your business.’’

One of the participant, Mr Aminu Ibrahim expressed delight over the new insight he garnered from the workshop on how to improve his business.
