The PDP Governance Grassroot Group PG3 has lashed out at Presidential aide Lauretta Onochie for calling Atiku Abubakar a liar.

The group in a statement signed by Amechi Ekpeneru urged Ms Onochie to concentrate her energy in explaining to Nigerians why soldiers should be killed with release of additional $1billion to fight insurgency.

PG3 stated that Atiku Abubakar has released a plan on how to rescue Nigeria and that should be subject of debate.

“We are concerned that APC and Onochie are scared of the PDP candidate and his plans to rescue Nigeria. The policy document is available and we expect the APC to study and pick holes in it.

“If the plans are difficult for them to understand, they should contact the Atiku Presidential Campaign Organization, who would readily make experts available to them.

“Their NEXT LEVEL is obviously a hurriedly prepared document that contradict their failure in the past three and half years.

“Onochie should go to Wuse and Nyanyan Markets and explain to Nigerians how their NEXT LEVEL will bring rice back to seven thousand naira and fuel back to ninety-seven naira as was obtainable during the PDP era.

The group also condemned plot by APC to cause chaos in Akwa Ibom State.

“We are aware of plans to destabilize some States in the South-South. Let it be known that the people of the region are solidly behind Atiku Abubakar.

“What will APC tell the people of the region? Is it that they are ready to give fiscal federalism or the shady preparedness for clean up of the oil devastated Niger Delta?

“We urge the people of Akwa Ibom State to stand firm with Governor Udom Emmanuel in his efforts to move the state to the BEST LEVEL and not APC NEXT LEVEL…,” the group added.
