Duhu Faults Ex-SGF Lawal On Electoral Prediction For Adamawa

Umar Duhu, an All Progressive Congress (APC), chieftain and former Vice chairman for North-East has faulted Ex-SGF Babachir Lawal, for alluding that the victory of the party will go to the opposition in the fourth next election in Adamawa state.

Duhu said, Lawal has no moral justification, to accuse the incumbent Governor Muhammdu Bindow, for lacking in credentials, describing the act to committing anti party activities in the ruling party.

He urged the national leadership of the party to relief the former SGF of his membership of the party, until national convention is held to serve as deterrent to others.

“It beat my imagination for an APC chieftain like Lawal, to cede rightly victory of Adamawa if Governor Bindow is filled as APC and candidates.

“Lawal has no moral justifications to accuse Gov. Bindow for lacking credentials, to the extent of alluding the victory of Adamawa state, which is rightly that of the APC to another political party.

“This is tantamount to committing anti party activities, that is seriously punishable under the law of the APC party.

“I believe, Oshomhole led NWC, should direct state executive of APC in Adamawa state, to relief Lawal his membership of the party until a convention is held.

“Am saddened by the development, I don’t know where he got his fact.

“Jibrilla had met the requirements of the INEC and has been cleared.

“As far as Governor Mohammadu Jibrilla is concerned, those alleged certificate does not belong to him, so he has nothing to talk about.

“The proponent of fake certificate, manufactured some certificate somewhere and try to fly it in the social media”.

He assured that the national secretariat of APC, would returned money used in purchasing nomination forms to aspirants, as part of measure for internal party cohesion ahead of 2019 elections
