Part of the Statement reads” if you check the registration pattern from the Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC), the registration in North West alone overshadowed that of the East, South and other parts of South West, we have not talked about North Central and North East and because they still operate what seems to be federal System, in some villages in Delta, for people to go and register you have to pay their transport fares before they will register”.
The group said that for the Southerners to make the difference during elections, they  must ensure that they register and Collect their voters Cards without any form of inducement.
