A Benue youth group, Tiv Youth Council Worldwide yesterday demanded that the Federal government revisits the probe of the circumstances that led to the killings of hundreds of Nigerians in Benue and Bayelsa states during the former president Olusegun Obasanjo administration.
The group at a press conference in Abuja argued that it would be in the best interest of the country if those behind the ugly incidence are made to face the wrath of the law.
The group insist that former president Olusegun must be made to state his own side of the story on the issue.
The group maintained that former president Obasanjo lacked the moral latitude to describe Nigeria as a failed State going by the spate of unresolved murders that transpired when he administered the country.
Continuing, the group noted, “It is to say the least saddening that as elder statesman and former Military and Civilian President, Obasanjo choose to assemble leaders of ethnic nationalities and sow seeds of division and discord.
