Apparently displeased with the level of compliance of worship centres and markets with the guidelines issued in the wake of relaxation of lockdown to curb the spread of COVID-19, Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun State yesterday threatened to shut down any erring worship centre. He expressed the displeasure at the level of compliance with some of the relaxation guidelines, especially the wearing of face masks in public places. Meanwhile, he has extended the relaxation of curfew imposed in the state by another two weeks, effective from today. Oyetola in a statement signed by hisc hief press secretary, Ismail Omipidan, stated that this follows the expiration of the initial twoweek relaxation ordered by the Governor on June 5th following the relaxation two weeks ago, curfew now runs from 9pm to 5am daily.
