Enugu State has been described as a peaceful and safest state in the country.
This was made known yesterday by Commodore Emmanuel Ogada when he led course 27 participants of the National Defence College Abuja on study to Enugu State Police Command Commissioner of Police, Danmallam Mohammed on courtesy visit.
According to the leader of the delegation, the Commissioner of Police has done well from their assessment in the inter agency collaborations and relationship with other relevant stake holders as well the government which has led to peace, security and safety in the state.
He said they were in the command to appreciate the Commissioner and the state command on their efforts and urged him and the command to keep it up.
Earlier in in his welcome address, Danmallam thanked the leader of the delegation and course participants of National Defence College Course 27 for visiting the command.
He informed them that the command has a very strong inter agency relationship even with relevant stakeholders in the state and through this, a lot have been achieved and assured that the command will never rest on its oars towards sustaining the tempo as well as improving on what have been achieved.
