In a statement issued to mark the administration’s first anniversary , Okoduwa praised the duo for their “unwavering commitment and genuine passion for the development of Edo State.”

He noted that Okpebholo administration had restored public confidence, strengthened peace, and set the tone for a “New Edo” through pragmatic policies and people-centred governance.

“The government’s success in restoring peace and boosting public trust is commendable. Through strategic community-policing reforms and effective collaboration with federal security agencies, the administration has enhanced security across the state.”

Okoduwa noted the visible transformation in the area of infrastructure, citing newly constructed roads, flyovers, and the rehabilitation of key federal highways.

“These projects have not only improved movement across the three senatorial districts but have also stimulated commerce and agriculture,” he added.

He also applauded the administration’s initiatives in agriculture, tourism, and recreation, as well as its efforts in erosion control, which he said demonstrate foresight and a commitment to sustainable growth.
