The Federated Organisation of Host Communities of Oil and Gas, Solid Minerals and Assets of Nigeria (FOHCOGSMAN) has endorsed Eng (Chief) Isaac Akpowene Egbi (JP) as commissioner representing Delta State in the Niger Delta Development Commission.
The recommendation was made in a press statement made available to LEADERSHIP and signed by Barr T O Takerhi, secretary to the organisation, Elder (Chief) Egbi was described as an assiduous and visionary leader who is an ardent advocate against pipeline vandalism and other related crimes.

“Elder (Chief) Isaac Akpowene Egbi (JP) is a native of Ughievwen Jeremi kingdom of Ughelli South in Delta State. A member of the council of kingdoms representatives of Urhobo Progressive Union and a consultant of Land and Facilities/Assets, Environmental Audit and Studies.
“He is thoroughbred, visionary, philanthropic, assiduous and honest.
“We hereby recommend him for appointment as commissioner representing Delta State in the Niger Delta Development commission (NDDC) without any reservation.”
