The Benue State Commissioner for Health and Human Services, Dr Sunday Ongbabo has resigned of his appointment.
Dr Ongbabo who is also the Secretary of the State COVID-19 Response Committee resigned his appointment on Wednesday.
A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor Terver Akase said Governor Samuel Ortom a short while ago accepted the resignation of Commissioner for Health and Human Services, Dr Sunday Ongbabo.

According to him, the Governor also thanked Dr Ongbabo for his service to the state and wished him well in his future endeavours.
