The Coalition of Shiroro Associations (COSA) has raised the alarm over the influx of fleeing bandits from Zamfara State to Shiroro local government area in Niger State.
The spokesperson of the association, Salis M Sabo Esq, said there has been influx of terrorists in some villages in the area.
According to him, “The terrorists seen on motorcycles with masked faces are believed to have flown from Zamfara or other adjoining troubled states with the Niger borders through Shiroro.”
He said the situation has caused fear and apprehension among the people of the area and therefore called for urgent attention.
Sadeeq explained further that “the smelling-looking marauders have started showing their faces in Galadiman Kogo, Zama, Magami, Maganda m, Paleli, Iburo, Chukuba, Dnasapa all in Shiroro local government area.
