Speaking in an interview with journalists, Oluwagbemigun said her mission was to strengthen transparency, accountability, and inclusivity in both private and public institutions.

The lawyer, who began her career after earning an LL.B. from Adekunle Ajasin University and being called to the Nigerian Bar, also holds advanced degrees from the University of Benin and the University of Illinois in the United States.

As Managing Partner of The Savvy Attorneys & Solicitors, she leads a dynamic team advising corporations, start-ups, and public-interest organisations on governance and compliance. Her firm has so far facilitated the incorporation of numerous companies in Nigeria, providing the regulatory foundation necessary for their sustainable growth and compliance.

In the United States, Oluwagbemigun has extended her expertise to the public sector, helping design compliance frameworks and digital legal repositories that improve access to statutory resources and enhance administrative efficiency.

She also contributes to workforce inclusion by preparing Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action reports for public agencies.

Speaking about her journey, Oluwagbemigun notes that her guiding principle has always been to make legal systems more transparent and responsive to the people they serve. “Whether in Nigeria or the United States, I see compliance not just as a legal requirement but as a culture of accountability,” she explains.

From Nigeria’s courtrooms to U.S. policy offices, Oluwagbemigun represents a new generation of legal professionals redefining global compliance through integrity, innovation, and public service.
