A team of rotary friends from Uganda and Tanzania has commended LEADERSHIP’s standard that has gained it international recognition.

The chairman, Rotary Friendship Committee, Rotary International, district 9125, Maiyaki Theodore Bala, made the commendation yesterday when the group paid a courtesy call on the company to seek for a partnership aimed at addressing the challenges in the society.

Theodore said the reason for choosing LEADERSHIP  was because of its  role in ensuring that the country is at peace. He said,  “Internationally, you will be surprised about the way people read your work because it touches on important issues in the society.”

The team further noted that Rotary, which is a global network of professional businessmen, and women who support governments to fix issues and ensure a better world, is currently taking a board step in ensuring that polio is totally eradicated in the country.

Responding, the Chief Operating Officer (CEO), LEADERSHIP Newspapers, Dele Fanimo thanked Rotary for rendering continuous humanitarian works worldwide and pledged to always support them in all ramifications.
