The movie, which promises to be an emotional rollercoaster, explores people’s struggles and heartbreak in their closest relationships.

Imasuen describes the movie as a relatable story with valuable lessons to be learned. Akindele also revealed that the film was inspired by a divine instruction to create a story relatable to real-life experiences.

“This movie promises to explore the struggles and realities often hidden from the spotlight, offering a story that resonates beyond surface glamour,’ Imasuen added.

This is not the first time Imasuen and Akindele have collaborated. Their previous collaboration, “Everybody Loves Jenifa,” grossed N1.8 billion in cinemas. Imasuen praises Akindele as “an embodiment of creativity and a restless spirit,” stating that working with her is always a learning experience.

“Each time I work with her, I try to match up with her energy. You cannot produce for Funke and be lazy. So, your toes must always be on the ground, your eyes must always be on the prize. I have worked closely with Funke since 2019, and I have no regrets.”
