The secret to living is giving. That is to say, by contributing to the well-being of others, our communities and the world at large, some find more meaning in life.
That is the story of Nigerian rapper, Iwunor Anselm Chibuzor, better known as Richplug who has continued to display his philanthropist side.
The budding artiste, whose benevolence is overwhelming, recently paid off hospital bills of ailing children.
Richplug gave financial support to Givers Supportive Foundation; an NGO which focuses on helping sick, privileged people especially children.
With this move, Richplug made it known to Nigerians and others alike that the wealth acquired on earth does not mean anything to human lives as we shall depart this world leaving them behind.
For Richplug, although many people often think that it is only those who have millions in their accounts donate, well, take it from him today, one doesn’t have to be a famous philanthropist with a huge net worth to be able to put smiles on peoples faces. You just give no matter how little.
Aside his philanthropy, Cyprus based Richplug, also expressed his desires to collaborate with Wizkid and Burna Boy.
According to him:” It is my dream to collaborate with Wizkid and Burna Boy and I know i have what it takes. Wizkid and Burna Boy motivate me to be my best. I find peace, comfort and fun in their way of singing, they motivate me to do greater things and put in my best.
Rich Plug also stated that despite the huge competition in the Nigerian music industry, he is here to stay,
“I am here to stay and write my name in gold. I believe i will get to the top. It’s just a matter of time. I am focused, talented and creative. I just want to be great for real, so I know I will have to put more effort into what I want. I don’t see anyone as competition”.
