The MTV Video Music Awards was held at The Forum in Los Angeles, US. Lil Uzi Vert’s ‘XO TOUR Llif3’ beat Luis Fonsi’s ‘Despacito’ remix featuring Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber to win song of the summer, despite the latter’s popularity. Khalid was named best new artiste, while Kanye West won an award for best choreography.
